3 C all-purpose flour
4 eggs (room temp)

Preparation

Mix and need then make into noodles. Use noodle machine to make fine thin noodles for chicken noodle soup. Grandma Amelia Wuertz would twirle them together into softball sized balls and lay them on a clean new white sheet on the bed and let them dry. Then she would freeze them.
